Bengaluru’s auto-rickshaw drivers-led Nagaraa app launches WhatsApp chatbot services

The auto-rickshaw drivers-led Nagaraa app on Tuesday officially launched their WhatsApp chatbot and website services to allow passengers to seamlessly book metered auto rides.

Nagaraa, a SaaS-based application backed by Agnibu Technologies and Brand Pride Mobility Pvt Ltd in collaboration with ‘professional autorickshaw drivers’, was launched in June, allows drivers to discover customers both digitally and on-street at the approved fares. This is the second such community-led app launched after Namma Yatri.
