Google Maps to soon make travelling in group easier with friends and family

Google Maps is set to change the way people travel in groups with a new feature, aimed at making co-navigation seamless for multiple drivers. This new functionality, as revealed by a patent uncovered by Igilta and David Kowalski (xleaks7 on X), will allow several vehicles to navigate together in real time, even if they start from different locations.
Currently, Google Maps offers navigation and other details to users for single vehicles.
