Samsung R&D Institute India-Bangalore plays crucial role in developing language models for Galaxy AI

NEW DELHI: Handset maker Samsung Monday said SRI-Bangalore, its largest research and development (R&D) centre outside Korea, collaborated with global teams and academic institutions to develop the Galaxy AI, including artificial intelligence (AI) language models for British, Indian, and Australian English, Thai, Vietnamese, and Indonesian.

Samsung said that SRI-Bangalore also developed the Hindi language for Galaxy AI, including more than 20 regional dialects.
