Microsoft’s AI chief, Mustafa Suleyman, thinks that most online content can be freely used to train artificial intelligence models without permission or compensation.
Speaking at the Aspen Ideas Festival, Suleyman stated, “With respect to content that is already on the open web, the social contract of that content since the 90s has been that it is fair use.
