Nodwin Gaming acquires Germany’s Freaks 4U Gaming for Rs 271 crore

Nodwin Gaming, the esports and events arm of listed media and gaming firm Nazara Technologies, has agreed to fully acquire German esports and gaming marketing agency Freaks 4U Gaming in a share swap deal worth 30.3 million euros (about Rs 271 crore).

Nodwin’s Singapore unit will initially increase its stake in Freaks 4U Gaming to 57%, acquiring the remaining 43% at a later date, Nazara said in a stock exchange filing. Nodwin currently holds a 13.51% stake in Freaks 4U.
