43% of MSMEs in India plan to increase overall digitalisation budget next year: Vi Business study
NEW DELHI: 43% of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in India plan to increase their overall digitalisation budget by 2025, according to a study by Vodafone Idea’s enterprise arm, Vi Business. 28% aim to retain their budgetary allocation, and only 21% may decrease in 2025, it said.
“Sectors with lower Digital Maturity Index (DMI) are particularly inclined to increase their investments reflecting a growing commitment towards digital transformation,” Vi Business said in its study findings released Thursday on the occasion of the ‘World MSME Day’.
