NEW DELHI: Satellite technology will have a vital role in enhancing connectivity in remote regions, according to a senior official of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India.

“Satellite technology is experiencing revolutionary growth and will play a vital role in enhancing connectivity in remote areas,” Anil Kumar Lahoti, Chairman of TRAI, said on Wednesday at the India Space Congress 2024 conference organised by SIA-India.
