Prodapt opens onshore operations facility in Puerto Rico, to create 200 jobs

NEW DELHI: Prodapt, the Chennai-headquartered IT services firm for Big Tech and telecom companies, Wednesday said it has opened an onshore operations facility in Puerto Rico to support government deals and multilingual customer engagements.

Expanding alongside the facility in Panama, the new center will help telecom companies accelerate transformation and leverage artificial intelligence (AI)-powered managed services to make their IT and networks agile, streamline business processes, and enhance customer experiences.
