Microsoft Surface Duo 3 had an open button and magnetic kickstand

In March last year, rumour had it that Microsoft was working on the Surface Duo 3, a book-style foldable phone with an inner and outer display. Codenamed ‘Neon’, the tech giant scrapped the project after it cut back on experimental Surface form factors.

While the Surface Duo 3 won’t be seeing the light of day, a new report by Patently Apple sheds light on how the now cancelled foldable Surface phone would have looked like.
