Google starts rolling out Stable Volume feature on YouTube for TV app

To improve the viewing experience on YouTube, Google has started rolling Stable Volume feature to the YouTube app. The feature is rolling out to YouTube app on Android TV and Google TV platforms. This feature, initially introduced to YouTube mobile apps in 2023, aims to address the common issue of inconsistent volume levels in videos, which can be particularly frustrating when switching between quiet talking parts and loud action scenes or music.
