A pre-recorded female voice responds: “Theek hai. Kripya mobile number bataye (OK. Please say the mobile number)”. Once Pal provides the details, his mother Savitri receives the money instantaneously in Ballia, UP. This is unlike any other IVR (interactive voice response) call where the user has to press multiple options.
