ACT Fibernet says deployed 4,500 Wi-Fi hotspots to bridge digital divide

NEW DELHI: Atria Convergence Technologies (ACT) Fibernet, a homegrown wireline internet service provider (ISP), Thursday said it has deployed over 4,500 Wi-Fi hotspots in Hyderabad, Chennai, and Bangalore to help bridge the digital divide.

These Wi-Fi hotspots provide seamless internet connectivity to “millions of users” in public spaces, including hospitals, bus stops, malls, public libraries, parks, and schools, ACT Fibernet said in a media statement.
