Amazon fined $5.9 million for violating this law nearly 60,000 times

Amazon has been fined $5.9 million by a California labour regulator for violating the Warehouse Quotas law that requires the warehouse employers to provide workers with a written document outlining any quotas they are expected to meet. The California Department of Industrial Relations said that the e-commerce major didn’t provide employees written notice of quotas.
