Microsoft postpones launch of Recall AI feature over security worries

Microsoft has announced a delay in the rollout of its “Recall” feature, an AI-driven tool designed to track computer usage. The decision comes amidst privacy concerns and will involve a preview phase within its Windows Insider Program (WIP) before wider release.

Microsoft has decided to postpone the release of its Recall feature. Initially intended to be released with Copilot+ PC users on June 18, Recall will now undergo additional scrutiny to ensure a trusted and secure experience for customers.
