Dish TV shareholders reject director appointments once again

Direct-to-home (DTH) Dish TV’s shareholders have rejected the appointment of Mukesh Chand and Manish Khandelwal as independent directors while approving the appointment of the company’s CEO, Manoj Dobhal, as a whole-time director.
