Samsung hires Apple veteran who made Siri to scale Galaxy AI efforts

After Apple, Samsung is all set to adopt AI on a large scale by hiring an Apple veteran who designed Siri. Reportedly, Samsung hires former Apple executive Murat Akbacak to lead its newly formed AI-oriented division, as per a report by Bloomberg.

Samsung plans to create a new entity called the North America AI Centre. This combines the teams in Toronto, Canada and Mountain View, California, and should improve operational efficiency.
