Vodafone Idea may issue equity shares to Nokia, Ericsson to settle dues

Kolkata | Mumbai: Vodafone Idea (Vi) plans to issue equity shares or convertible securities to Nokia and Ericsson, as the telecom operator seeks to secure equipment to expand its 4G network and roll out 5G services, people familiar with the matter said.
