    How this telco’s legal win in the EU can be ‘good news’ for Intel

    Intel is reportedly expecting good news in a battle against the antitrust watchdogs of the European Union (EU) as a telecom operator of the region recently got a legal victory in a similar case. According to a report by the news agency Reuters, Germany-based telco Deutsche Telekom won a legal fight agianst EU antitrust regulators that will force them to pay interest on the portion of a fine reimbursed after the company made an appeal.
