Why Turkey has fined Google $14 million
Turkey’s competition authority has fined Google 482 million lira (approximately $14.85 million) for the company’s alleged failure to address concerns regarding fair competition in the hotel search market. Google failed to address the competition board’s concerns over fair competition with other local search engines.
