Apple’s software support for iPhones is less than Samsung and Google flagship Android phones

The flagship smartphones (in India at least) are getting costly every year, and companies are now trying to add more value to the price of the devices. Among various features and enhanced build quality, OEMs are specifically taking a note of software support. Google and Samsung have announced that their flagship models will offer 7 years of software support, which is longer than what Apple offers.
