All major clients exploring GenAI use cases: Persistent Systems

IT services company Persistent Systems said it’s intensifying its focus on generative AI (GenAI), responding to a surge in interest from major customers exploring new AI applications. Ayon Banerjee, chief strategy and growth officer at Persistent Systems, told FE that nearly all of their “significant” clients are now discussing GenAI implementations with the company.

“Practically every single customer is talking to us today about different use cases, different POCs on the back of AI and or GenAI,” Banerjee stated, highlighting the widespread corporate shift towards this advanced technology.
