ChatGPT back online after being inaccessible for hours

OpenAI’s chatbot ChatGPT is now back online after being inaccessible to some users for hours. The outage was reported around 1 pm. However, now, it seems the users can access ChatGPT. We tested on both desktop and mobile apps, and the chatbot is working just fine.

Earlier today, some users reported that the website is not accessible, others said they were unable to generate responses. At that point, we tried to access the service on the desktop, and the AI chatbot did not let us input any prompts and showed a red text message that said ‘Internal Server Error’. We also attempted to use the chatbot on an iPhone. However, it showed similar results.
