Google is giving its Chromebook Plus laptops generative AI push in order to better compete with Microsoft’s new wave of Copilot Plus Windows PCs. The global search engine giant has announced a bunch of new AI-based features specifically for Chromebook Plus laptops to make them more productive, efficient, and personalised. These updates include the introduction of Help Me Write, Gemini AI, Magic Editor, and more.

According to a blog post on the Google Chromebook website, the new features are designed to leverage Google’s advanced AI capabilities to assist Chromebook Plus users in various aspects of their digital interactions.
