BSNL awards Rs 132-crore deal to America’s BCG for revival strategy; employees term it ‘futile’

NEW DELHI: Government-owned Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has roped in American Boston Consulting Group (BCG) to strategise a revival roadmap for competing with private telecom operators Reliance Jio, Bharti Airtel, and Vodafone Idea, an exercise which has been termed as “futile” by an employees’ union.
