Swiggy moves HC against CCI order on info sharing with restaurant association

BENGALURU: Food delivery platform Swiggy has moved Karnataka High Court against the CCI’s (Competition Commission of India) order to provide the National Restaurant Association of India representatives access to the app’s confidential information.

The platform had previously disclosed the information to the Director General (Investigation) of the CCI. The matter has been slated to be heard on Thursday.
