Vodafone Idea board approves allotment of equity shares worth Rs 2,075 crore to ABG entity

The allotment of shares to the ABG entity concludes Vi’s over the Rs 20,000 crore fundraise via the equity route and sets the stage for the telco to borrow another Rs 25,000 crore from banks and line up additional non-fund based facilities of as much as Rs 10,000 crore.
