Vodafone Idea strengthening ‘Vi IoT Smart Central’ platform with homegrown 6D Technologies
Vodafone Idea is leveraging homegrown 6D Technologies’ Infinity Connectivity Management and Device Management solution to enhance the Vi IoT Smart Central platform, the telco said on Wednesday.
“The (Infinity) platform provides Vi’s Enterprise customers with a superior digital experience, real-time visibility and end-to-end management capabilities for multiple IoT (Internet of Things) services in India,” the companies said in a statement at the Mobile World Congress 2024 (MWC 2024).
The ‘Infinity’ platform enables seamless integration and management of IoT devices, allowing enterprises to accelerate the rollout of their specialised IoT vertical applications across industries such as automobiles, banking, and utilities.
The solution allows managing all the aspects of IoT business, spanning onboarding enterprises, enabling different IoT products, self-care digital experience, real-time visibility of IoT devices, SIM lifecycle management up to end customer real-time charging, to billing and invoicing.
It also enables product configuration to provide different IoT offers to customers and full control to business teams for end-to-end service management and order management.
