Aprecomm to provide AI-enabled analytics platform to Wi-Fi firm Mercku
Homegrown telecom startup Aprecomm Friday said it will provide its artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled analytics platform for Ontario-based Mercku’s Wi-Fi mesh devices.
The startup said in a statement that Mercku’s equipment will now have out-of-the-box support for Aprecomm’s network intelligence cloud, which helps optimise connectivity experience for homes and small businesses.
It added that telecom service providers using Mercku WiFi equipment will now have complete visibility of the network and can resolve customer equipment inquiries quickly, leveraging the fully automated root-cause analysis.
