Vodafone Idea leveraging Sprinklr solutions to improve Google reviews for in-store experiences

Vodafone Idea is leveraging solutions by Sprinklr, a unified customer experience management (U-CXM) platform, to improve online customer reviews of in-store experiences.

Sprinklr, in a statement Monday, claimed that its solutions have helped Vodafone Idea to achieve a 500% increase in Google reviews between June to October 2022; a 40% increase in positive Google reviews for physical stores in 2022; and a 2.4x faster response time to Google reviews in 2022.

Vodafone Idea is currently using Sprinklr Modern Care, Modern Research and Social Engagement & Sales to transform its digital customer service and engagement strategy and design a seamless process for addressing Google reviews.

Vi runs a network of more than 450 retail stores and 2,000 small stores with over 230 million customers across the country, according to the statement.
