Vodafone Idea and Bharti Airtel together have more than Rs 30,000 crore locked in litigation against the government and the proposed out-of-court settlement mechanism could sharply reduce their pay-outs. This figure is over & above the Rs 40,000 crore payable by the industry under One Time Spectrum Charges (OTSC). Total amount is over Rs 70,000 crore.
