RoW Implementation Challenges

Industry bodies Digital Infrastructure Providers Association (DIPA) and Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI) said that the Right-of-Way (RoW) laws notified by Karnataka and Tamil Nadu in January would facilitate broadband proliferation in these states.
