Rebates to PC makers

Intel Corp has won a 13-year old battle to overturn a record 1.06 billion Euro ($1.2 billion) antitrust fine from the European Union (EU). The EU General Court, Europe’s second-highest, rejected the fine, saying the European Commission did not carry out a proper economic analysis of the rebate scheme.
